Overview of Services

Realtime Despatch services are provided under three licensing packages and as a hosted service, allowing you to choose the approach that suits your business. All the packages are based around the same core technology, making upgrading from one to another very easy.

We provide services under an annual license arrangement rather than charging a large up-front fee when the software is first installed. This keeps us focussed on ensuring our customers continue to use and get the maximum benefit from the Realtime Despatch systems.

Software upgrades are included in all packages as standard.

Business Package

£1,200 per annum

The Business Package is designed to suit e-commerce businesses that run a single website and need the system to support no more than five users.

Enterprise Package

£5,200 per annum

The Enterprise Package is tailored to the needs of larger e-commerce businesses that process orders from multiple sources (multiple websites, Ebay, Amazon etc.) and need to support a wide range of courier services.

Hosted Service

Monthly charge based on order volumes

Realtime Despatch provides a hosted application service for e-tailers who do not wish to host the software themselves. Charges are based on the volume of orders processed.

Bespoke Solutions

Dependent on specific requirements

Our bespoke solutions provide support for more complex projects where the Realtime Despatch are undertaking bespoke integration or development work.

Bespoke work is usually undertaken on a fixed cost basis, a detailed specification is always agreed in advance.
