Produce Royal Mail labels with one click
The order processing module now supports the production of Royal Mail address labels via either the Royal Mail Despatch Express software or the Royal Mail COSS API.
The services include Tracked, Tracked Next Day, Tracked High Volume, Special Delivery, Tracked, Standard 1st and 2nd Class, Packet Post, PacketSort, Overseas Letters Airmail, Overseas Letters Surface, International Contract Airsure, International Format Sort and International Zone Sort.
Integration with Despatch Express allows Royal Mail labels to be produced with no rekeying of information. Where applicable the Royal Mail tracking reference is automatically returned to the Despatch Express system and can be included in the despatch notification email sent to the recipient.
Integration with the Royal Mail COSS API allows OrderFlow to produce Royal Mail labels, driver manifests and pre-advice files. The COSS interface is an ideal solution for high volume environments where multiple packing stations are working simultaneously.
