Realtime Despatch also provides a powerful custom report generator that allows you to define your own reports. The open-source iReport report designer can be used to define your own reports and introduce them in to the Realtime Despatch reports menu
Custom reports can be viewed online and then saved as PDF documents, CSV files or spreadsheets if you want to import the data into other systems.
