The Realtime Despatch OrderFlow system provides a powerful WMS and order processing solution for Magento users who have outgrown the backend functionality embedded within Magento.
Realtime Despatch has worked with Magento specialists Ampersand Commerce to develop a Magento package extension that provides a sophisticated interface between the two systems.
Products
When products are created or modified within the Magento environment the details are passed to Realtime Despatch, automatically keeping the Magento catalog in sync with the warehouse system.
Orders
Orders are automatically passed to Realtime Despatch. The integration module can be configured to export orders when the transaction is authorised or when payment has been taken.
Payment Requests
If Magento is configured to accept orders for items that are out of stock, orders are passed to Realtime Despatch when the card transaction is authorised. The Realtime Despatch system can then be used to trigger the taking of payment through the Magento payment gateway when stock becomes available.
Stock Levels
If required the integration module can be used to automatically update the Magento stock levels.
