The Realtime Despatch Hosted Service
Realtime Despatch provide a hosted warehouse management and order processing service for organisations that do not wish to put the software on their own servers.
Also known as "Software As A Service" or "SAAS", users of the hosted service are given access to their own dedicated instance of the software, configured to their requirements. Access is via a secure https address and can be tied to specific IP addresses if required.
The software runs in our own resilient server environment, allowing us to provide the fastest possible response to support requests. The resilient configuration and pro-active monitoring of the server environment makes our hosted solution suitable for organisations for whom warehouse management and order processing is mission critical.
Charging is based on the number of transactions, typically the number of orders despatched and incoming deliveries received, making it a very cost effective option for organisations who do not have a suitable server available or who are unsure about the volume of orders the system will be required to process.
