Third Party Warehousing and Fulfilment

The OrderFlow system provides an ideal platform with which to provide warehousing and order processing services to your clients. We understand the time critical nature of your business and the challenges associated with processing thousands of orders a day while still offering each of clients a friendly, personalised service.

OrderFlow provides a range of features that have been specifically designed for high volume fulfillment operations.

Secure client access

Clients can be given their own access to OrderFlow, each client will only see their own stock and orders, and will be restricted to the functions you provide. Examples might include:

  • Enquire on stock levels and status of incoming deliveries
  • Enquire on the status of pending and completed orders
  • Delete or edit orders that have not yet started the despatch process
  • View product transaction histories, detailed histories of all transactions that changed stock levels
  • Create advanced shipping notices that can be reconciled against future deliveries
  • Create returns authorisations, used by the warehouse to report on the condition of the items when they are returned.
  • Create new product definitions, either manually or by importing product spreadsheets

All client activity is logged and can be controlled by source IP address from within OrderFlow.

Structured client launch process

OrderFlow provides a structured process for defining a new client, testing the integration links with the client systems and then launching the tested configuration to a live environment.

Periodic management and billing reports

OrderFlow's XML interface and configurable access can offer your clients the ability to enquire on the status of orders and stock at any time, either automatically or using a browser. In addition, spreadsheet, PDF or CSV file reports can be sent to your clients on a regular basis.

Detailed stock reports and order status reports might be returned to a client FTP server at the end of every day, with a management summary of all activity being sent to the appropriate email addresses at the end of every week.

Dedicated warehouse locations

Warehouse areas and locations can be dedicated to specific clients where this is required.
